I have a Simpson MS61001 pressure washer. Water is getting into the oil when it is run. I have been told it is the seal between the crank case and power head. Am I right? Can I order one from you?

I have the megashot 3200 psi 2.5 gpm. I have not had this a year and used it twice. It is leaking oil and not sure how to fix this. Quality on this thing is suspect. Where do I look to address this oroblem?

Hello. I have a Simpson 4200 psi pressure cleaner that I bought online through Lowe’s about five or six years ago. At the water inlet there is a washer with a domed screen inside. Possible to buy a couple of these from you?  Please let me know &God bless!
