I bought thus pump. It comes with a drain hose. What am I draining from my old pump since it has no drain or fill hole in it. How to I get oil in the new pump?

I have a MSH3125-S with a Honda GC190 with a pump model 8.6CAH12 and it says 3100 PSI @ 2.5 GPM. If I replace my 8.6CAH12 with the 90029 on my GC190, I would it increase the PSI from 3100 to 3400 PSI? Both model look identical. What's the difference?
