How do I get the product to work?  I clean small white lines but, it will not sweep.  It is high quality metal and shows no signs of wear.   I worry the device is made for a lower water pressure.  There is some trick I am missing.

I need to adjust the angle of the nozzle rods on both side as it hit the one of the concrete step and got pushed back so the cleaning is no longer effective.  Can some one provide a sequence of steps.  I took the rod out and I see hole on each side.

Can someone please tell me how would i adjust the angle of spray nozzle rod. It got out of factory setting after the rod hit the side if a step and it does not really like it used to.

Is there a schematic that shows how to take nozzle, nozzle arms (rod) from both sides of the spray? #5 Allen wrench is used for taking the arm from the body but no details on how to remove the arms from from the brass connector

anyone find a source for nylon washers for circular cleaner?

Have 80165 SC Jets won't spin under pressure, can turn by hand easily when not pressurized need a part ??

Where can I find replacement parts. Need new jets.

So far it's junk ,,,,,used it 2 time's,, spin's free by hand,, but when pressure is put to it,,it stops,,, seems like I'm not the only one having these same issues,,no one else gets answers either,,,!!!
